Serenity’s Barn
Located in Siloam Springs Arkansas
Project Duration: 2 years
Brand Systems and Experience Strategist. Website Developer. Wedding and Event Curator.
Overview: Serenity’s Barn is a wedding venue rooted in intimacy, ritual, and rural luxury. I was initially engaged as a project manager supporting the grand opening and operational growth in alignment with developing the brand behind the name. Later brought on to design and lead.
Research & Insight: Through ethnographic observation and community immersion, I studied how weddings function within rural social systems-not simply as events but as foundational cultural rituals tied to collective identity. In contrast to urban markets where venues compete on scale or trend, rural weddings priortizes intimacy, symbolism, and emotional continuity. Rather than competing locally, I identified an oppurtunity to position Serenity’s Barn as a destination venue.
Execution: Led end-to-end brand and experience architecture.
That includes brand identity creation, experience design, operational systems, revenue strategy, training infrastructure.
Defined strategy and narrative structure to position the venue as a destination experience.
Directed ceremony flow, spatial design, and guest journey with precision and intention.
