the human behind it all.

I am an anthropologist and cultural strategist working at the intersection of research, design, and execution. My practice focuses on how people assign meaning—how culture, power, identity, and desire move through organizations, brands, and experiences—and how those forces can be translated into systems that endure.

Trained in anthropology with a background in business and nonprofit management, I approach creative and strategic work through a research-led lens. Each engagement begins with understanding context: how people gather, decide, and operate within a given environment. Insight is then translated into structure—shaping strategy, narrative, experience, and execution in ways that are intentional, repeatable, and aligned with long-term vision. I am often engaged during moments of formation, transition, or scale—when clarity is required, values must be preserved, and execution needs to align with long-term vision. My work integrates insight, structure, and form to ensure ideas are not only compelling, but sustainable.

I am the Founder and Creative Director of Aagenda, an ethically driven creative practice exploring the relationship between culture, design, and human experience. I also co-founded Chroma Co., a creative and experiential agency focused on hospitality partnerships, community programming, and cultural events, where I lead creative strategy, experiential direction, and partnership development. Alongside these ventures, I founded The Angel Agenda, a nonprofit initiative centered on mentorship, cultural education, and creative leadership for Black and Brown youth.

I believe creative work carries a responsibility beyond aesthetics. The most enduring brands, organizations, and experiences are those that understand the people they serve and are designed with intention. My role is to bring clarity to complexity—translating human insight into systems, stories, and experiences that are both culturally meaningful and built to endure.

Across every engagement, I bring a systems-level perspective, cultural sensitivity, and thoughtful discretion, recognizing that trust, ethics, and clarity are strategic assets. I am not hired to simply produce creative work, but to ask the right questions, uncover patterns others may overlook, and align fragmented ideas into cohesive strategies that create lasting value.
